The Metropolitan Water District of Southern California ("MWD"), whose 5,200-square-mile service area includes portions of the Counties of Los Angeles, Orange, Riverside, San Bernardino, San Diego and Ventura, is soliciting qualifications from developers to enter into a ground lease of 22 acres of MWD-owned real property at the intersection of Wheeler Avenue and Arrow Highway in LaVerne ("RFQ"). MWD seeks to establish a list of no more than three pre-qualified development firms or teams from which it might solicit proposals for the ground lease.
