The government of Mexico recently instituted a weekly traffic-light monitoring system as part of its COVID-19 response. The system defines four criteria that states must meet before advancing to the next phase of Mexico’s reopening plan. Below is a map for the week of July 13, 2020, indicating the COVID-19 risk level in Mexico’s 32 states.
