On November 1, 2022, Morrison Products, Inc. reported a data breach with the Attorneys General of Montana and Texas after the company learned that an unauthorized party was able to access sensitive information belonging to certain employees. According to these sources, on February 25, 2021, the Morrison Products IT department detected unusual activity within the company’s computer system. On February 10, 2022, Morrison Products’ investigation confirmed that an unauthorized party had gained access to the company’s computer system, including files containing sensitive information about certain employees.
