2011 Property Revaluations in Connecticut
Our research indicates that nearly 50 municipalities in Connecticut are planning to conduct revaluations effective October 1, 2011. There are a number of steps that property owners can take to monitor the revaluation process and ensure that their new assessments are equitable.
