Secondary Legislation for Energy Reform Unveiled -

Today, April 30, 2014, President Enrique Peña Nieto has formally presented his proposed secondary laws and reforms to implement the Constitutional energy reforms.

In a televised conference, members of the cabinet revealed that the proposed secondary legislation had been delivered to the Mexican Senate. The proposed legislation has also been submitted for review by the United Commissions on Energy and Legislative Studies and the Mexican Chamber of Deputies. The package consists of the following...
