(Nasdaq: ZINC) and four affiliate debtors, which comprise an integrated produce of zinc, zinc oxide and zinc powder from recycled sources, have filed chapter 11 petitions before the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware (lead case no. 16-10287).
