American Hospice Management Holdings, LLC and ten affiliated debtors have filed chapter 11 petitions before the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware (Lead Case No. 16-10670).  The cases have been assigned to the Honorable Laurie Selber Silverstein.  The debtors are a multi-regional hospice management business with operations in Virginia, Texas, Arizona, Florida, Georgia, New Jersey and Oklahoma.  The debtors have filed motions to obtain debtor-in-possession financing and to sell substantially all of their assets.  The petitions (including the consolidated list of top 20 creditors), the first day declaration and the docket are available through Kurtzman Carson Consultants.  The debtors have issued a press release regarding their restructuring.
