The U.S. Department of Labor (DOL) has updated its FAQs on the Families First Coronavirus Response Act (FFCRA).

Many of the new FAQs answer some of the most pressing questions employers (and employees) have had under the FFCRA.

Please be mindful that FAQs, although setting forth the DOL’s position on various issues, do not have the full force and effect of law and may be subject to challenge at a future date.

Employers should also check the DOL website periodically to watch for additional FAQ updates as well as any possible changes to previously posted FAQs.
