  • The complaint claims that Snapchat’s “disappearing” content feature misleads users, allowing predators to permanently capture explicit content, which is then circulated and sold. It further alleges that Snapchat’s deceptive design, algorithms, and policies fail to protect minors, facilitate the trafficking of children, guns, and drugs, and mislead the public regarding the platform’s safety measures.
