New Ohio Law Requires Employers to Provide Pay Stubs

Under Ohio House Bill 106, also known as the Pay Stub Protection Act, Ohio employers will be required to provide earnings and deductions statements to employees effective April 9, 2025. 

Companies with Ohio-based operations should be mindful of this new law and contact experienced counsel with any questions regarding compliance.
