  • New York AG Letitia James settled with cannabis dispensary companies I’m Stuck LLC and Empire Express Enterprises LLC and their owner (collectively “dispensaries”) to resolve allegations that the dispensaries violated state cannabis laws by operating illegally.
  • According to the judgment, the dispensaries operated seven retail stores without a license and sold cannabis to underage customers.
  • The dispensaries must pay $15.2 million in disgorgement and civil penalties, and costs and expenses, among other relief.
