OFCCP Audit-Related Webpages Reactivated

Recently, many federal government websites, including several Department of Labor (DOL) pages, have undergone significant changes. In February, the Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website featured only a landing page referencing Executive Order 14173 from January 21, 2025, titled “Ending Illegal Discrimination and Restoring Merit-Based Opportunity.”

Early this week, DCI observed a number of webpages on OFCCP’s site coming back online. Though not accessible from the existing OFCCP home page, many direct links that once only resulted in “Page Not Found” errors have come back online. For example:

  • Corporate Scheduling Announcement Lists (CSAL), their FAQs, and methodologies are available as of Friday, March 14, 2025.
  • Conciliation Agreements resurfaced as well, though no additional conciliation agreements have been posted since President Trump’s inauguration on January 20, 2025.
  • Scheduled Review Lists, the fairly new resource provided by OFCCP listing contractors who received scheduling letters each month, was resurrected but also appears not to have been kept up to date since January 20, 2025.

These resources provide information regarding past, present, and future compliance reviews (sometimes referred to as “audits” or “investigations”). Despite the revocation of Executive Order 11246, OFCCP maintains the compliance investigation oversight and enforcement authority of the Vietnam Era Veterans’ Readjustment Assistance Act (VEVRAA) and Section 503 of the Rehabilitation Act (Section 503). The resurfacing of these resources may or may not be indicative of OFCCP’s next actions, but it’s worth keeping an eye on until further guidance is issued by DOL leadership and the White House.

Webpages Still Being Deactivated

DCI also observed a number of OFCCP webpages that were briefly accessible earlier in the week that are no longer available, including the VEVRAA landing page and veterans Hiring Benchmark. Currently, these result in “Page Not Found” errors. Similarly, the prescribed OFCCP disability self-identification form (CC-305) page was formerly available but is not as of this blog post’s publishing.

DCI will continue to meticulously monitor Department of Labor sites relevant to the federal contracting community and share information as it becomes available on our blog.
