OIG Work Plan – September 2017 Update

Beginning in June 2017, the OIG began making monthly Work Plan updates. These monthly updates create some practical challenges for health care providers and compliance professionals trying to make operational and compliance decisions based on information from the OIG's Work Plan. To assist in this endeavor, the Baker Ober Health Law Group will include a compilation of the OIG's monthly Work Plan updates, adding helpful context and highlights as a monthly feature in our Health Law Alert newsletter.
