Midwest Regional ESC Title IX Training

Join Bricker & Eckler education attorneys for a series of trainings to learn how to remain compliant when it comes to Title IX regulations.

The cost to attend both days of training is $300. If you prefer to only attend the Level 2 training session on October 29, the cost is $200.

Attendees are unable to solely attend the TItle IX Refresher course.

Title IX Refresher

The new Title IX regulations state that a school district has “actual knowledge” of a complaint under Title IX if notice is given to any employee of an elementary or secondary school.

This full-day training course explains sexual misconduct and the rights and responsibilities of administrators, teachers, coaches and staff under Title IX, including the coordinator and investigator roles. District Title IX team members will gain practical knowledge on how to prevent and respond to inappropriate behavior and promote a safe and respectful learning environment in this interactive training.
