  • Pennsylvania AG Michelle Henry and Oklahoma AG Gentner Drummond have launched online complaint forms for consumers to report airline travel-related hardships.
  • The Pennsylvania form and Oklahoma form allow consumers to report complaints regarding advertising, baggage and other fees, boarding, flight delays, flight scheduling, and cancellation refunds, among other things.
  • The forms are products of the Airline Passenger Protection Partnership (“Partnership”) between U.S. Department of Transportation and 18 AGs, through which the DOT entered Memoranda of Understanding with individual AGs that conferred authority on AGs to investigate complaints, and make preliminary determinations regarding potential violations of federal aviation consumer protection laws, among other things.
  • Cozen O’Connor attorneys have previously analyzed the Partnership.
