USCIS announced that it has resumed premium processing for all H-1B visa petitions after a six month suspension of the program for these petitions.

Over the past few months, USCIS has progressively re-opened premium processing to various categories of H-1B petitions. The suspension has been fully lifted and petitioners filing   I-129 Nonimmigrant Worker Petitions for H-1B status are again eligible to request premium, 15-day processing for these petitions.

Petitioners filing new H-1B petitions (such as requests for change of employer or extension of status) may file Form I-907 Request for Premium Processing with the I-129.

Furthermore petitioners with currently pending H-1B petitioners are eligible to request an upgrade to premium processing on those petitions using Form I-907.

Any I-907 filed must be accompanied with the required filing fee of $1225.00, in addition to the relevant fees for the I-129 petition.
