To decrease energy consumption and assist Yosemite National Park and the Pacific West region in meeting their sustainability goals, the National Park Service (NPS) anticipates awarding a fixed-price design-build contract for solar system installation at Yosemite National Park based on a two-phase selection process. This Request for Qualifications (RFQ) constitutes the first phase; and during the second phase, up to five of the most highly-qualified responding design-build firms will be short-listed to participate in the selection process. To be considered for the short list, interested design-build firms must meet the following criteria, listed in order of importance:
