Miller & Martin PLLC

In this blog post, Miller & Martin attorney Neil Brunetz asks employers: Have you ever wondered where to even start a conversation about safety culture? Here are a few questions to start the conversation.

  1. What is your job?
  2. How do you do your job?
  3. What are the risks and hazards you encounter in your job?
  4. How do you personally minimize the risks and hazards involved in your job?
  5. Are there ways you can eliminate the risks and hazards in your job?
  6. How can I help you make your job safer, easier, and more efficient?

It would be interesting to see someone sit down for 10 minutes and discuss these questions with an employee.

If you do so, I’d love to know the results.
