The Securities and Exchange Commission announced the dates for the annual Government-Business Forum, which will be held on December 12, 2018.  The Forum again will be held outside of Washington DC.  This year, it will be held in partnership with the National Center for the Middle Market at the Ohio State University.  As in prior years, the Forum is expected to address capital formation-related matters affecting smaller public companies, as well as privately held companies.  Additional information is available here.
