According to these sources, Atlas Healthcare CT owns and operates Vernon Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center, Manchester Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center, and other facilities across Connecticut, New Jersey, Maryland and Massachusetts. In response, Atlas Healthcare launched an investigation to learn more about what happened and who was affected. Through this investigation, on August 16, 2023, Atlas Healthcare confirmed that certain files on its IT network that contained confidential consumer information were accessible to the unauthorized party.
