As discussed in our previous alert, last month Cal/OSHA approved the Heat Illness Prevention in Indoor Places of Employment Standard (“Indoor Heat Standard”).  The Indoor Heat Standard is now in effect as of July 23, 2023.  Covered employers should review the requirements and finalize their plans for compliance as soon as possible.
