Our clients in West Virginia certainly are aware of two significant legislative reforms passed by our Legislature in the past month: the adoption of right-to-work legislation and the repealing of the prevailing wage. Kevin Carr and Eric Kinder explain, in a rhetoric-free way, what that legislation means legally and, more importantly, what it means for you.
