Late this afternoon, the U.S. Department of Labor (DOL) published a Temporary Rule under the Families First Coronavirus Response Act (FFCRA). The Temporary Rule provides help to employers and employees in understanding the scope and application of paid sick leave under the FFCRA and also provides guidance on which small businesses are eligible for an exemption under the FFCRA.
