At the May meeting of the Tennessee Health Services Development Agency, Jeff Ockerman announced that the request for public comments to the proposed draft nursing home standards will be sent out on June 9, 2014. Similarly, the request for public comments to the proposed home health agency standards will be sent out on June 16, 2014. There will be a three-week comment period for each of the proposed standards.
