Dan’s Mom, Ruth, graciously shared her time to discuss Dan’s tragic death, her transition from grief to advocacy, the remarkable police work leading to the arrests of Dan’s former brother-in-law, and others, and the convictions resulting in life sentences of several coconspirators. Dan was a wonderful person, a brilliant scholar—ironically, focusing on justice and punishment—and is greatly missed by all who knew and loved him. See less -
