The White House announced today that the United States plans to lift the geographic based travel restrictions on fully vaccinated foreign visitors starting this November. This new guidance will apply to all international travel.
These new rules are expected to require foreign nationals traveling to the United States from abroad to show proof of being fully vaccinated, to take a pre-departure COVID-19 test within three days of their flight, and provide proof of a negative test result before boarding. Fully vaccinated passengers will not be subject to quarantine mandates upon arriving in the United States.
