These new rules are expected to require foreign nationals traveling to the United States from abroad to show proof of being fully vaccinated, to take a pre-departure COVID-19 test within three days of their flight, and provide proof of a negative test result before boarding. Fully vaccinated passengers will not be subject to quarantine mandates upon arriving in the United States.

Ulmer’s Immigration Law Group is closely monitoring these developments and is prepared to support you and your organization with your business needs.
