Tom Bonk

Tom has executive oversight of the company’s global Forensic Collection and Information Governance practices. He has over 20 years of experience in the legal and compliance services industry managing the strategic and tactical use of technology assisting corporations and their retained law firms with litigation, regulatory, compliance, and investigative advisory matters.
Most recently, Tom has shifted his attention to developing Epiq’s technology enabled services and advisory offerings related to enterprise data governance, risk and compliance. Epiq’s Information Governance practice delivers a portfolio of service offerings at the intersection of legal, compliance, risk management, and IT with an emphasis on Microsoft 365 compliance solutions, content classification, data migration, legal hold notification and preservation, and privacy management use cases.
