Not only have we seen a 256-page e-discovery sanctions order, there have been two data discovery cases before the United States Supreme Court. Join us for this annual tradition as we examine important legal developments during the first half of this year. Joining us for the analysis will be U.S. Magistrate Judge Patricia Barksdale (M.D. Fla.), Professor William Hamilton of the University of Florida Levin College of Law, and David Horrigan, Discovery Counsel and Legal Education Director at Relativity.
