This November, California voters will decide if $7.5 billion will be made available for local water projects. Passed just in time to qualify for the ballot, AB 1471, also known as the Water Quality, Supply and Infrastructure Improvement Act of 2014, will allocate funds for projects to improve water quality and storage projects.
