Despite the COVID-19 pandemic, the courts have been active in handing down data law decisions in 2020.

Whether you work in a law firm, corporation, or service provider, courts have issued decisions affecting your organization on such topics as electronic discovery, data privacy, or data protection.

In this webinar, two distinguished federal judges – the Honorable Nora Barry Fischer and the Honorable Xavier Rodriguez – join Relativity’s David Horrigan to examine some of these noteworthy decisions. We’ll look at the facts, the law, and what these cases mean for you.

As always, this is your opportunity to ask a federal judge about data law while learning about the latest legal developments in e-discovery.
