During this program, we will provide an overview of HHS OIG and the tools used in developing their work plan. We will talk about some of the work plan elements on the OIG work plan and other notable Government reports. Additionally, we will provide practical advice on how compliance professionals can review and monitor claims submission related to the COVID-19 Public Health Emergency (PHE) to assess risk and identify potential areas of vulnerability. Finally, we will discuss best practices related to investigation of hotline and whistleblower concerns which may be raised in response to COVID-19.
