An inclusive workplace is one where people with all kinds of differences and disabilities feel welcome and valued for their contributions. It's a place where people with disabilities — both visible and invisible disabilities — have the same opportunities for advancement as their co-workers.
To get workplace diversity and inclusion right, a culture where everyone feels valued and heard needs to be built.
Diversity and inclusion is more than policies, programs, or headcounts. Equitable employers outpace their competitors by respecting the unique needs, perspectives and potential of all their team members. As a result, diverse and inclusive workplaces earn deeper trust and more commitment from their employees.
This 60-minute program will cover the following inclusion building blocks, including the following:
- educating leaders
- celebrating employee differences
- listening to employees
- holding effective meetings
- communicating goals
- measuring progress
