Kimberly Quan leads Information Governance, eDiscovery and Digital Forensics at Juniper Networks, concentrating on operational efficiency and maturity as a leader on the Information Security Team, providing stewardship and oversight in the areas of Forensics, eDiscovery, Data Loss Prevention, and Information Governance (IG).
Prior to Juniper, Kimberly engaged with clients on behalf of her own boutique consultancy, KayQueue LLC and, before that, notable global public advisory firms. She has led global IG and incident response projects that also involved other disciplines, such as data preservation, project management (agile, waterfall, and blended), and change management. Ultimately, Kimberly’s cross-domain experience lead to the identification of and managing against risk. Farmers Insurance Group brought KayQueue LLC on to assist with building a world-class information governance and litigation support program, which program was honored in 2017 with ARMA International's highest award, Excellence for An Organization.
In Spring of 2020, Kimberly started a not-for-profit, Feed the Frontlines SF, a not-for-profit organization with a mission to (i) engage with local restaurants that are a huge part of San Francisco's unique culture to (ii) provide lmeals to the San Francisco frontliners who have been working around the clock to fight COVID-19 as well as those who have been affected or displaced.

Rachiyta has been in the eDiscovery world for over 11 years now and has seen this industry evolve substantially in this last decade. She is currently working at Chevron as a Project Manager for the litigation and eDiscovery department, which focuses on providing the strategic and efficient use of legal technology and data analytics solutions to handle ESI in complex litigation matters - including evidence preservation, collection, review and production, through trial. For almost 6 years, Rachiyta was a Project Manager in Legal and Forensic Data Services at Cisco Systems. Prior to that, Rachiyta was an eDiscovery Project Manager at Kaiser Permanente, a Senior eDiscovery Analyst at eBay and an eDiscovery Business Analyst / Senior System Administrator at Walmart. She earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Delhi University and a Master of Business Administration from Pittsburg State University. Apart from work, she loves travelling, trying new food and going for bike rides.
