Learn More About Environmental Due Diligence and Lease Considerations for Landlords and Tenants
On Tuesday, August 8, from 12–1 p.m. (ET), attorneys from Ulmer's Real Estate practice will host a complimentary webinar on the environmental due diligence prospective commercial tenants and landlords should consider when entering lease agreements.
During the webinar, Lori Pittman Haas, David A. Meyer, and Mary C. Hofmann will discuss the following questions:
- What are some of the differences to consider for environmental due diligence when leasing versus buying?
- What should landlords and tenants consider when negotiating lease terms to address environmental due diligence and potential liability for environmental conditions?
- When can a tenant rely on a landlord’s environmental due diligence?
- Should a tenant do any inspections at the end of the lease before vacating the property?
- Should landlords allow invasive testing?
