We are continuing our successful series of basic seminars and this time we are devoting ourselves to the topic of ESG: The pressure from politics on financial market participants is increasing. Both fund providers and their service providers need to deal with ESG (by now at the latest) and know what to do.

The experienced speakers from our law firm will train you and your colleagues from the specialist departments of your company on the political and legal backgrounds and their effects on funds and real estate.

Our basic seminar series will take place as a one-hour appointment on August 26, 2020. The following topics are dealt with:

• ESG: (political) background and (legal) content
• Status of regulation and outlook (EU and national)
• ESG and real estate: what asset managers should do

Our online seminar is aimed at employees of capital management companies, custodians, asset managers, service providers, investors, banks and others with reference to real estate, real estate funds and their management. The aim is to give the participants a basic overview of ESG and the legal consequences in practice.
