Stephanie Bignon
Associate General Counsel and Deputy Corporate Secretary, The Home Depot

Stephanie Bignon is Associate General Counsel and Deputy Corporate Secretary at The Home Depot. Stephanie’s practice has focused on advising companies and their boards on securities, finance, corporate governance, sustainability and executive compensation matters, as well as oversight and execution of complex M&A and investment transactions. Prior to joining the Home Depot this fall, Stephanie was Vice President, Associate General Counsel and Assistant Secretary at WestRock Company. Stephanie previously was an assistant general counsel at Delta Air Lines and a partner in the corporate practice at Covington & Burling LLP. She clerked for the Chief Judge of the U.S. District Court in the District of Maryland. Stephanie is also a certified public accountant and previously worked as a public company auditor at Grant Thornton LLP as well as in external financial reporting at Delta Air Lines.

Stefanie Holland
Vice President, Deputy General Counsel, Corporate and Assistant Secretary, Albemarle Corporation

Stefanie Holland is the vice president, deputy general counsel, corporate and assistant secretary of Albemarle Corporation, a Fortune 500 specialty chemicals company based in Charlotte, North Carolina. In this role, she serves as principal legal counsel, supporting the company’s governance, reporting, and corporate needs as a publicly traded company, and works closely with the board of directors, its committees and senior executive leadership.

Stefanie also manages legal operations, oversees the company’s global subsidiary and joint venture governance structure, and supports the accounting, finance, investor relations, sustainability, tax, treasury and other corporate functional teams within the Albemarle group.

Jennifer Noonan
Corporate & Securities Member, Bass, Berry & Sims

Jennifer Noonan has been with the firm’s Corporate & Securities Practice Group since 1995 and a Member of the firm since 2002. Jennifer works with issuers and private equity and venture capital firms on public and private equity and debt offerings (including senior and subordinated debt). Her practice also includes mergers and acquisitions for both public and private acquirers and targets. In addition, she counsels clients on a variety of other corporate and securities matters including corporate governance, public company disclosure, fiduciary duties of board of directors, executive compensation, Section 16 issues, insider trading and defensive measures. Jennifer also served as interim general counsel for a Nashville-based public company.

Sehrish Siddiqui
Corporate & Securities Member, Bass, Berry & Sims

Sehrish Siddiqui counsels a wide variety of public companies primarily in the areas of corporate finance, compliance and governance. She regularly advises clients on ESG (environmental, social and governance) disclosures and related internal processes. She has served as counsel to underwriters, agents and issuers for more than 100 initial public offerings, follow-on offerings and at-the-market programs of various NYSE- and Nasdaq-traded entities. Her national and international clients include healthcare companies, real estate investment trusts, business development companies, retail and consumer product companies and investment banks.
