This webinar will begin by providing an overview of P3s, including a look at the five primary components of a P3 and a discussion of recent growth within the industry.

The presenter will then discuss emerging opportunities for homebuilders afforded by the P3 model, including university and military housing projects and how to convert banked land into successful collaborative developments. You will learn creative ways to engage with state and local government entities, how to utilize your expertise in the private sector, and about the many opportunities within the homebuilding industry to engage in successful P3s.
