Join World Law Group's Compliance & Investigations Group for a panel discussion on Internal Investigations in the Asia-Pacific Region.
Panelists in Australia, China, Japan, Singapore, South Korea, and Vietnam will address the following topics of interest to in-house counsel and practitioners on internal investigations in the Asia-Pacific:
a. What are typical ways to set up and scope an internal investigation?
b. Does each jurisdiction recognize any privilege to protect attorney-client communications and/or investigation work product?
c. What are the kinds of reporting obligations to be considered in each jurisdiction?
