Matt Mahon is a Certified eDiscovery Specialist, Information Governance Professional and the National eDiscovery Sales Manager for RICOH Legal. He has twelve years of experience with Ricoh supporting organizations with information governance and litigation support strategies – including data remediation, litigation hold, preservation, collection, data processing, review, and production. Matt is a self-proclaimed nerd and has a BA in Mathematics/Applied Sciences from UC San Diego. During his free time, Matt enjoys spending time with his wife and four kids, and coaching Little League Baseball.

Virginia Addison, CEDS

In the last 12 years, Virginia has consulted and managed large eDiscovery projects for large law firms, major corporations and many government entities. Virginia’s experience has included coordinating collections from multiple areas of the world, putting together complex workflows based on timelines, resources available, data type and size, and complexity of the litigation, as well as, working with technology to create unique solutions for specific clients. She is an active member of the DC Bar eDiscovery Committee and Women in eDiscovery. She has achieved many industry specific certifications, including ACEDS, Catalyst Insight User, Demonstrator and Predict, and iConnect XERA Demonstrator. Virginia’s background also includes software engineering, which has come in handy creating solutions for her clients. She has worked with a variety of technologies for many matters. She has assisted in preparing data for review, training users for the systems they will be utilizing, as well as creating custom workflows for clients. Her experience and training has spanned the entire EDRM.
