The 2020 United States presidential election was unlike any other, and the U.S. Senate majority for the 117^th Congress will still be undetermined until January 5, 2021. Please join us the week after the special election, as we discuss the outlook for congressional investigations in the next Congress, which will include a look back at an eventful year of court decisions, congressional priorities, and the continued impact of the coronavirus (COVID-19). We will also discuss how best to prepare for congressional probes going forward in 2021 and beyond.
