This the recording of a recent webinar that looked at the driving forces behind PEGs’ reliance on more co-investments, including the benefits and deal terms most often included in co-investment transactions. The webinar also discussed the challenges and complexities that co-investments bring to the table, including regulatory hurdles that must be overcome.
