About the ASA's Annual State of the States Report
Is access to medical cannabis expanding? Or is adult use overtaking medical cannabis?
Abbey Roudebush will present the results of Americans for Safe Access’s annual State of the State report.
Since 2014, Americans For Safe Access’s annual State of the States report has assessed the strength of medical cannabis programs by assigning grades to each of the 50 states, the District of Columbia and the U.S. territories. While most states have established some form of a medical cannabis program, none have yet implemented policies to fully ensure that medical cannabis patients and consumers have safe, legal, and affordable access to cannabis.
