On December 21, 2018, CMS published “Pathways to Success,” the final rules overhauling Medicare’s ACO program. Going forward, all ACOs will be on a path towards sharing downside risk as well as sharing savings with Medicare. CMS has also expanded telehealth options and beneficiary incentive programs for ACOs.

What You Will Learn and Who Will Benefit:

Our panel of lawyers will discuss the following questions and other issues, as well as offer a live Q&A for participants.

What are the implications for ACOs, and how can they find the best path forward under “Pathways to Success”?

How should ACOs protect against downside risk and emerge as market leaders as the value-based care paradigm expands?

We encourage all individuals interested in the topic to register, especially ACO executives, practice managers in physician practices participating in ACOs, hospital executives and medical professionals interested in joining or forming ACOs.
