The most important type of data that no one is thinking about, and how it could be the fatal flaw in your data loss prevention strategy.

A company’s Confidential Business Information (CBI) contains its most critical strategic information, including go-to-market plans, metrics, and analysis of its economic performance, as well as future business targets. To avoid a preventable and self-inflicted data breach, companies must proactively create a plan and process to identify CBI so they can review and redact this information as appropriate when producing material in legal actions.

In this webinar, our speakers will share their experiences, practical tips, and guidance in using AI-based technologies, to protect CBI during the litigation process.
