1:00 PM - 2:00 PM EDT

As part of our ongoing series of virtual panel discussions exploring a select number of themes instrumental in shaping the future of the global banking sector, our next webinar will focus on digital assets. In this session, our U.S. partners take a look at the state of the digital assets market, including transaction drivers, crypto-related deal activity and other trends and opportunities. Bringing to bear our close relationships with current (and likely future) regulators in the digital assets space, we will also discuss key issues for market participants from a U.S. law perspective, including current federal securities laws issues and current SEC positions on the regulation of digital assets. Further, we will touch on risks and concerns related to financial crimes, money laundering and CFIUS, as well as third party considerations to be aware of. This session will be most relevant to those at banks.
