The administration is beta-testing a new on-line tool at http://worker.gov.  The site lets the user select on a job title (from a slowly expanding list) and then click to a menu of various violations of labor and employment regulations workers with that job title sometimes experience.  Alternatively, the user can click straight through to “Explore All Rights.”  Once the user focuses on a specific issue, e.g. “I am a woman being paid less than a man for the same work in the same workplace,” the site provides a summary of relevant legal principles and a handy link to file a charge with the appropriate government agency. With three or four clicks, a user can be completing the paperwork for a charge with the appropriate government agency.

It is not clear at what stage the agency will cull out the meritless charges, but I foresee an increasing backlog of charges at all government agencies.
