I wrote this article about artificial intelligence taking over the art of brief writing. This is an updated version of a similar article that I published several years ago. The development of ChatGPT-4 now makes this the new reality. The use of AI for brief writing raises a whole host of risks and ethical concerns. This particular version of the article originally appeared in the March 18, 2024 issue of Missouri Lawyers Weekly. This version is reprinted with the permission of Missouri Lawyers Weekly. I hope you find it interesting.
