Continuing from yesterday, we are sharing the poll results of attendees at our recent Senior Housing Symposium.   The second question we asked was regarding interest rates for 2017 and whether attendees thought there would be an increase and, if so, the effect of that increase on their business.  Almost all attendees expected some increase in interest rates (perhaps spurred by Fed Chair Yellen’s recent hint that rates will likely go up in December), but few felt the increases would be significant enough to cause a major impact on their business.
