Coblentz Patch Duffy & Bass LLP is a full-service law firm headquartered in San Francisco, with an office in Napa, California. We are 100+ business and corporate counsel, real estate and land use lawyers, litigators, employment, tax, and estate planning attorneys—practicing in a variety of industries.
